Reading through a lineage in the Bible is hard to understand. Most of the names are foreign to us. There are some who we are familiar, but we sometimes wonder if they are the ones who we know.
However, it all comes down to God’s plan of building this nation.
It starts with Adam and revealed through Abraham, and starts forming through Israel, formally known as Jacob.
Somewhere in our lives, we can backtrace God’s plan of building our faith.

Prayer
Lord, I know that what I do and how I got to believe was not my sole choice. You worked in my life, through the Spirit, even before I was born, and I thank you. May the river of faith continue through my life. In Christ name, we pray, AMEN.
