| Daily Offerings
28 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 2 Command the Israelites, and say to them: My offering, the food for my offerings by fire, my pleasing odor, you shall take care to offer to me at its appointed time. 3 And you shall say to them, This is the offering by fire that you shall offer to the Lord: two male lambs a year old without blemish, daily, as a regular offering. 4 One lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight;[a] 5 also one-tenth of an ephah of choice flour for a grain offering, mixed with one-fourth of a hin of beaten oil. 6 It is a regular burnt offering, ordained at Mount Sinai for a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the Lord. 7 Its drink offering shall be one-fourth of a hin for each lamb; in the sanctuary you shall pour out a drink offering of strong drink to the Lord. 8 The other lamb you shall offer at twilight[b] with a grain offering and a drink offering like the one in the morning; you shall offer it as an offering by fire, a pleasing odor to the Lord.

What Does the passage Mean to Me/US?
Moses has been told by God what is expected of the people of Israel. In chapter 28, He begins by sharing the daily expectations, both in the morning and the evening. In that way, God is asking us to begin and end each day with Him expressing our devotion and sharing our need for atonement.
Daily devotions are a great way to begin and end our days. While we are not required to sacrifice a lamb or bring a grain offering, God wants our prayers regularly, daily, multiple times in order to keep our focus on Him. Faith is a daily practice, not reserved for an hour on Sundays.
Prayer
Dear Lord,
Thank you for reminding us that You want to be connected with us throughout each day of our lives. Help us to remember that You are with us, waiting for us to speak and also for us to listen. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
